SFMS Workshop Fundraiser Geology Train Ride
Thank you to SFMS Juniors!Â
Juniors from several clubs helped make a banner for the 2025 Officers Contact Lists page! Starting in January, the page has a photo with 2025 spelled out in rocks, minerals, fossils, crystals, sand, lapidary items, etc.
Juniors really worked hard and came up with some creative designs. It was soooo hard for the judges to decide and it took a while, but they finally chose the entry submitted by Cheyenne from the Huntsville Gem & Mineral Society! Congratulations to Cheyenne and to all of the juniors who entered the contest! You can see Cheyenne's Year in Rocks below as well as all of the other entries.
To all SFMS club juniors: Start thinking about a design for 2026! Click here for the scoring criteria to see what judges will be looking for.
